How to access and correct your personal information

If you wish to make a request to access and/or correct the personal information we hold about you, you should make a request by contacting us and we will usually respond within 7 days. We will deal with such a request by following the procedure outlined below:
Customer Request Initiation:
The customer can initiate a data access request by sending an email to hello@transformationjourney.com.au
The email should include the customer's full name, contact details, and a clear indication that they are requesting access to their personal data.
If available, they should also provide any specific account or user identifiers to assist in the data retrieval process.
Acknowledgment of Request:
We will acknowledge the receipt of a data access request within 7 days of receiving it.
The acknowledgment will include an estimated timeline for when the customer can expect to receive their data and any additional information, we might require processing the request.
Data Verification:
To ensure the security and confidentiality of information, we will first verify the identity of the individual making the data access request.
This verification might require the customer to answer security questions, provide proof of identity, or both.
Data Compilation:
Upon successful verification, our data protection team will compile the requested personal data.
We will ensure that the data provided is comprehensive and includes any stored data from all our relevant systems and platforms.
Data Delivery:
The customer's personal data will be provided in a commonly used electronic format, ensuring it is accessible and easy to understand.
We aim to fulfil data access requests within 30 Days of the initial request, depending on the complexity of the request and the volume of data.
Data Clarification:
If the customer has any questions or requires clarification regarding the provided data, they should contact us at jessica@jcsimpson.me
We are committed to assisting customers in understanding their data and will address any queries they might have.
Request Closure:
Once the data has been delivered and any subsequent questions addressed, we will consider the data access request completed.
A closure email will be sent to the customer, summarising the data provided and confirming the completion of their request.
